Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost for orders within Republic of Ireland?

Delivery is €6 for orders within Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland & €9 in the UK. It's FREE when you spend over €100.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we offer international delivery at an extra cost Europe: €10 &
USA & Canada: €15

How long does delivery take?

We aim for delivery within 1-2 business days (within Ireland) but during busy periods (Black Friday & Christmas mainly) there may be delays. Please allow 5-7 days for international deliveries.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please email us with your order reference number to hello@clooactive.com

Are your clothes ethically made?

Yes, our manufacturing is sourced from ethical Sedex Certified manufacturers. There are audits done yearly to ensure the factories are compliant. We are working with factories in China & Turkey currently.

Is there a customs charge for the UK?

Orders below a value of £135 are not subject to customs. For orders above £135 the customer will pay customs.

General Questions

How do I amend an order after it has been made?

If there are any mistakes on your order please email our customer service team right away at hello@clooactive.com and they will do there best to resolve it for you.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an exchange facility. However, you can return your order for a refund and purchase another style or size. For more information on returns, see our Refund Policy here.

How do I know what size I am?

What do I do if something I want is Out of Stock?

We’re a small business and that means our ability to manufacture at volume can sometimes be limited, resulting in items selling out quite quickly!


If the item you want is out of stock, let us know by adding your email address to the out of stock list on the product page and you’ll be the first to know when it’s back.

Can I buy a giftcard?

E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our website starting at €10.
All gift cards will be emailed directly to the email address you provide and can be redeemed for any Cloo Active products.
